I have now pushed all these patches.

Note that I have merely verified that the way you added the
information is correct, not that the information itself is :)

I pretty much trusted your metodology and Peter's previous review. I
still intend to go over the changes with a fine-tooth comb later, but
right now the priority is getting all the version data committed and
parsed. We can deal with minor fixes later if necessary.
