[PATCH 03/12] qemu: monitor: Use qemuMonitorJSONGetReply for VIR_JSON_TYPE_ARRAY

Replace usage of the following pattern with the new helper:

  if (qemuMonitorJSONCheckReply(cmd, reply, VIR_JSON_TYPE_ARRAY) < 0)
      return -1;

  data = virJSONValueObjectGetArray(reply, "return");
