[CI][GitLab] Request to register a private runner machine

This request is a direct result of [1] having been approved. However, before
[1] can be merged we need to have the runner registered with the libvirt
project first. Therefore I'd like to ask anyone who has admin access to the
libvirt GitLab group to *privately* share the registration token with me.
