[PATCH 0/2] domain, qemu: add support for clearing TSC on reset

Some versions of Windows hang on reboot if their TSC value is greater
than 2^54. The workaround is to reset the TSC to a small value, and
is implemented by QEMU and ESXi. This series adds a domain attribute
for this, and implements it in QEMU.
