[libvirt PATCH 02/11] docs: apps: Drop Tivoli Provisioning Manager

[Andrea Bolognani]

It doesn't seem to be a current product: there is no proper
website for it, and the most recent installation instructions
I've been able to locate are targeted at RHEL 6.
