[Libvirt-announce] ANNOUNCE: libvirt 0.9.11.9 maintenance release

libvirt 0.9.11.9 maintenance release is now available. This is
libvirt 0.9.11 with additional bugfixes that have accumulated
upstream since the initial release.

* Fix race condition when destroying guests
* rpc: Fix crash on error paths of message dispatching
* util: fix botched check for new netlink request filters

* network: prevent dnsmasq from listening on localhost
