[Libvirt-announce] ANNOUNCE: libvirt 0.10.2.6 maintenance release

libvirt 0.10.2.6 maintenance release is now available. This is
libvirt 0.10.2 with additional bugfixes that have accumulated
upstream since the initial release.

* Avoid spamming logs with cgroups warnings
* Don't try to add non-existant devices to ACL
