[Libvirt-announce] Availability of release candidate 2 for 1.1.4

  Tagged in git, and pushed as tarballs and rpms to the usual place:

    ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/

Seems to work correctly for me, if everything goes well I will push
1.1.4 final on Monday
