[Libvirt-announce] Availability of 1.2.13 release candidate 2

  So as planned I made an RC2 release, it is available as signed tarball
and rpms and also tagged in git. Get it at the usual place:

   ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/

  I didn't noticed anything suspect in my own limited testing,
it would be good to get feedback on potential portability issues
so we can fix anything before the planned release on Monday.

  So give it a try,
