[Libvirt-announce] Entering freeze for libvirt-3.3.0

  As planned, I tagged RC1 in git and pushed signed tarball and rpms to
the usual place:

  ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/


  Seems to work in my limited testing, https://ci.centos.org/view/libvirt/
seems mostly clean and happy, but please give it some testing !

  Assuming things go well, I think I will make RC2 on Tuesday (Monday
being closed in most of Europe we should have one day of worktime to
test) and that would imply a release on Thursday 3rd, assuming nothing
critical is found,
