[Libvirt-announce] Availability of RC2 of libvirt-5.5.0

 I forgot to do it on Friday (I blame the heat here !) so just pushed it
out, it's tagged in git and signed tarbal and source rpm are available at
the usual place:

     https://libvirt.org/sources/

Looks good in my limited testing, 
https://ci.centos.org/view/libvirt/ is entierely green, an auspicious event,
so if all goes well I think we can push the GA on Tuesday,

  but in the meantime please give it a try !
