Heh, whoops.  Initially, I added the "migrate to host" function in
MigrationService and just added it as an async method in the
capabilites.  I need to go back and add the other three as well.
However, two of them will be async and two will be sync, so I'll
actually make this array 2-big and add another for the sync calls.
