I think that for right now, we should aim at the latest libvirt
release.  If someone needs to run libvirt-cim on an older stack, we
can evaluate and address issues with a specific version in mind.

That said, I'm not sure what version this node info call was added in,
but it seems rather fundamental, so I would hope it's been around for
a while :)
