[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH] Add installation instructions for root/interop namespace

I don't think this got updated correctly.  I get this error when
trying to build the web pages:

>   $ sudo cimmofl -uc -aEV -R$PEGASUS_REPO -n /root/interop cimv216-interop.mof<<
>                                                                                ^
> Generating the Web pages

After you make a change, just type "make" in the doc/ directory and it
will regenerate and validate the pages.
