[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH] Registration of ElementConformsToProfile for two namespaces causes errors with Pegasus

This patch avoids the registration of the assoc ECTP for two namespaces. 
This is currently only a workaround to avoid registration errors with 
Pegasus. The problem needs to be fixed in register_provider.sh.
