This moves the flattening step up a little higher so that enumerating on Processor works correctly.  It's not the prettiest approach to things, but I think given Processor's unique Device-RASD relationship it's a good compromise.  I would of course be open to suggestions for making it a bit more elegant.

Oops, just noticed that we've got something in the tree (in 
xml_parse_test.c) in between my first Proc RASD patch and this one, and 
it uses the "quantity" field of the vcpu_device struct.  That field goes 
back to it's original "number" in this patch.  Sorry, I've made a real 
mess of this one; will resend this patch with a fix to that line 
momentarily.
