This test fails for me on F9. Here's the errors I see:
F9 current sources:

ERROR - No valid indications received
ERROR - Received indication error or wait too long
ERROR - OSError : [Errno 3] No such process
F9 release rpm:
ERROR - BadStatusLine :
Do you see either of these errors?

I know this is existing code, but we should check to make sure the
create call succeeds. If it fails, and indication won't be generated
and we should return an error.
