I'm still seeing issues with wbemcli ein 
http://localhost/root/virt:CIM_ResourceAllocationSettingData, but I 
don't see an obvious reason from the code.

However, wbemcli ein 
http://localhost/root/virt:Xen_ResourceAllocationSettingData works for 
me, so I think we can apply this so that we have some working 
functionality.  I'll debug further on my system.
