Unless the XML schema is describing something that isn't supported
underneath, I think we're okay.

From http://libvirt.org/format.html#Fully1:

> The dev attribute on the boot tag can be one of:

>     * cdrom - boot from first cdrom device

I don't work on a VT-capable machine most of the time, so I haven't
actually tested that it's honored, but if not, we're generating the
appropriate XML for when it is :)
