Okay, it is set for KVM domains on my system, but mine are
type="kvm".

Ah, interesting.  The KVM xml specifies using type="kvm", but I just
noticed that there is a different class of domain called "qemu".
Apparently it's the same as a KVM domain, but with the ability to
request a different emulation architecture.

I'll add the extra bit of detection code.
