Need to update the rasd_init_list() to include the values for 
PointingDevice as well.

This should pass with the fix "Add branch to 
SettingsDefineCapabilities/03_forward_errs.py"
This was not reflected in the repository I downloaded.

Need to update the tc to verify 'InputResourceAllocationSettingData' values.
