[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 5 of 5] [TEST] Remove diskpool creation from RAFP, RP, and SDC tests

[TEST] Remove diskpool creation from RAFP, RP, and SDC tests.

The diskpool is now being created before the tests are run.
