These fail because the indication doesn't get delivered properly. The
provider is raising the indication, but the CIMOM doesn't complete the
delivery.

This is because one of the tests isn't cleaning up properly. Not sure
which test. I suspected one of the RPCS tests, but all tests passed when
rerun, and I didn't see a lingering network definition.
