[TEST] Fixing HostedDependency/04_reverse_errs.py

The error desc with and w/o sbmil-cmpi-base is same.
Tested with current sources on F11 and SLES11 with KVM and current sources
Also, tested  with and w/o sbmil-cmpi-base is same on SLES11.
