[Libvirt-cim] dormant vs suspended operating status

Hi,

	Libvirt-cim marks a VM suspended if it is either shutoff
(VIR_DOMAIN_SHUTOFF) or crashed (VIR_DOMAIN_CRASHED) and a snapshot image
is saved. A domain is marked dormant when it is blocked
(VIR_DOMAIN_BLOCKED) or paused (VIR_DOMAIN_PAUSED).
