Yes, and this means that someone needs to volunteer to help write
content for the page.  A good candidate for information to stick here
would be the lifecycle of a domain, and a comparison of transient and
persistent domains.  Perhaps a good starting point for this page would be:

http://libvirt.org/guide/html/Application_Development_Guide-Guest_Domains-Lifecycle.html

Would anyone care to help contribute here?
