[libvirt-users] [Building Error] cannot stat `t-af.gmo': No such file or directory

Why is the ':' there? Usually, this would be a call to one of the
gettext tools (msgmerge, in particular).

So maybe this is fallout from not having all of the gettext developer
tools installed?
