Hi  Experts

I want to know how to configure  cpu  frequency of guest. Why it always 
display  "cpu MHz  : 3092.974" , If it needs to offer user a KVM guest 
with 1 GHz cpu using libvirt , How to do it ? Thanks a lot in advance.
