If you are using RHEL, you may want to open a service ticket with Red
Hat, as then you will get better support than by asking here.  That
said, why are you even worrying about RHEL 6.1 or RHEL 6.2, now that
RHEL 6.3 is out?

This particular comment appears to be referring to upstream commit
597fe3c (and several other related commits at the time), applied
upstream for 0.9.5.  And looking at the .srpm for RHEL 6.2, this patch
is among the set of patches backported to the RHEL 6.2 build, in
response to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=692663
