Live migration: no.
Offline migration: yes - you may want to check out the virt-v2v project
for this.

Remember, since the two hypervisors present different hardware to the
guest, part of the conversion process is preparing the guest to have
drivers appropriate for the new hypervisor.  That's why it can only be
done offline.
