[libvirt-users] When adding a channel device, we need a shutdown

Hi,

It looks like , when adding a channel device, that   the Guest must be powered off / on to be able to detect
the new device . ( simple reboot isn't not enough)

Is there any way to avoid this power_cycle  ?
