qemu: handle more machines with a single builtin IDE controller
like I440FX by moving the condition into qemuDomainMachineHasBuiltinIDE
and adding more machines.
git describe: v1.2.21-112-ge4ab3b5 contains: v1.3.0-rc1~91
It will be released in libvirt 1.3.0.
