[libvirt-users] active commit not supported with this QEMU binary

This must be an older QEMU binary (you didn't tell the version info)
that doesn't support active commit.

I've just tested with these libvirt versions, and it works just fine:

libvirt-daemon-kvm-2.0.0-1.fc24.x86_64
qemu-system-x86-2.6.0-6.fc24.x86_64
