[libvirt-users] Error creating virtual network: failed to run '/usr/sbin/dnsmasq --version': : Success

I deleted my port virbr0 using brctl command and now when I want to create
a virtual network, it gives me this error:

Error creating virtual network: failed to run '/usr/sbin/dnsmasq
--version': : Success
