[resent] virt-manager connection fails with 'qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor'

Just as a heads-up: This problem got resolved after a dist-upgrade which didn't upgrade
libvirt but some Python packages so I assume that one or more Python packages needed
an update or rebuild with Python 3.9.
