Hi Brad,

For Ubuntu add the Linbit PPA.  From this page:
https://linbit.com/drbd-user-guide/drbd-guide-9_0-en/#s-from-source

            3.3.3. Ubuntu Linux

For Ubuntu LTS, LINBIT offers a PPA repository
    athttps://launchpad.net/~linbit/+archive/ubuntu/linbit-drbd9-stack
    <https://launchpad.net/~linbit/+archive/ubuntu/linbit-drbd9-stack>.
    SeeAdding Launchpad PPA Repositories
    <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/CommandLine#Adding_Launchpad_PPA_Repositories>for
    more information

20.04 LTS then has DRBD9 from apt.
