More audit message types

The reason I'm asking is that maybe one day someone adds that number to 
audit.h and then we have a conflict.

In the end, I decided to use just 1 define:
#define AUDIT_DAEMON    1500     /* Define daemon local logging records */

I feel this belongs in audit.h to avoid future collisions.
