[PATCH] enable /proc/$$/loginuid

I can manually print out "-1" if that would be nicer for processing,
but I really didn't want to print out ~0.  Or am I really worrying
about nothing?

I can take that out...  The /proc/$$/ files aren't consistent on how
to handle that.
