Coming, coming... I've just been hit with so much work that I'm trying to get 
myself all sorted.  The new kernel and userspace stuff is done (and Mounir is 
going to do some SMP testing today) and I've just completed the revised 
exposition.

I'm going to diff and send within the hour.
