[Linux-cachefs] [PATCH 08/11] spec: Do some specfile cleanups

(*) Don't set, create or destroy the buildroot.
(*) Use %global rather than %define where possible.
(*) Automatically create the doc directory and move stuff into it using
the %doc file macro.
(*) Don't set a %defattr.
