[Linux-cluster] A few GFS newbie questions: journals, etc

Another little issue, I can't get fenced to start. 

I issue fenced -cD and it gives

1120169493 our_nodeid 1 our_name data
1120169493 group_init error 0 111

What have I done wrong here?
