[Linux-cluster] Setup Fence_wti on cluster RHES4 U1

I don't have the gui in front of me, but there should be a manage 
fencing button or something...  If you've never specified which port 
that a machine is connected to on the WTI, then you haven't gotten far 
enough in the set-up.
