There's already a fence agent for VMWare guests in CVS HEAD, just
download the file, and place in your /sbin directory.  Then you should
be able to use fence_vmware as your agent in
your /etc/cluster/cluster.conf file.

Looks like it requires the VMWare tools on the cluster nodes, but that
should be no big deal.
