[Linux-cluster] GFS patch: cdsl with cmans nodeid

Hi Patrick,

thank you very much for the hint :-)
I removed my new API from the cman patch. Only leaving the changes for a Node 
ID line in /proc/cluster/status ;-)
I also modified the part in ops_inode.c. It uses the original API   
kcl_get_node_by_nodeid now. 
I put the new patches on the website. It would be great if you could have a 
look at them...
