[Linux-cluster] luci misc.lock_file problem

Hi G,

Could you give us some more information about environment:
 - OS and python version
 - how was luci installed - directly from cvs tree or rpm (where did you 
get it from)

I'd like to reproduce this error, and fix it, since I can't stand 
problems of this sort...
