I am using rgmanager-1.9.54-1. I will upgrade the rgmanager from
rgmanager-1.9.54-1 to rgmanager-1.9.54-3.228823test.

Don't you mean 212634?

This is a dlm lock leak created by rgmanager (the clu_lock_verbose()
function).
