[Linux-cluster] RHCS on RedHat As 4 u4

I am not sure here, but I believe you need a <cman/> tag in your conf
file under <cluster>...there are two locking types available in
rhel4...perhaps you need to specify the one you wish to use? At any
rate, it is a simple thing to add and try.
