[Linux-cluster] Service stuck in 'stopping' state

I experienced similar or same problem while testing a 2 node cluster.
No GFS or anything fancy.
Manual Fencing and a single failover domain .
Did not notice any particular pattern on when and why this occurred.
Nodes were installed in Virtualized (VMWARE Workstation 5)
