Yes, I have... see earlier rant about 'Broken package management' in
regards to U5 release.  I tested the update to the latest lvm2, and it
broke existing lvm2-cluster.  I managed to copy the /usr/sbin/lvm from a
production server (pre-U5) to repair the problem.
