If you change the quorum votes
Node 1: 2
Node 2: 1
Node 3: 1
Then Node 1 will stay up and have quorum since it has 1/2 of the votes.
The better way to do it is to have 4 nodes.

So this plan will fail :(. We would need to have four nodes: two at the
main data centre and two at the DR centre? That is unexpected.
There is no way around this?
